Mental Health First Aid is open to the general public. Just like regular first aid it gives you the skills to support someone until they get professional help or the crisis resolves.

It is also run in-house for organisations.
This course is appropriate for anyone over 18 years of age.
All our face-to-face courses abide by NSW Health guidelines.
Standard Mental Health First Aid Course (Face-to-face)

COVERS: depression, anxiety, depression, psychosis, biploar and how to respond in a crisis situation.
Blended online Mental Health First Aid Courses
5-8-hrs of self-directed learning
Two x 2.5-hr zoom sessions
COVERS: early warning signs, safety planning, where to get help, what to say and what to do.
Refresher Course for the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course (online)
Two x 2.5-hr zoom sessions
This course is for people who have completed the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course. This course is done three years after you obtained accreditation as a mental health first aider to maintain your accreditation.
