Special conditions for those enrolled in the March, 2020 public Standard Mental Health First Aid Course.

in March 2020.

Those who gave less than 14 days notice will not charged for changing dates into a future f2f Standard Mental Health First Aid Course. The below terms and conditions  for changing dates would normally apply. However, charges for changing dates have been waived due to the COVID-19 pandemic just for the people who were enrolled on the 26th and 27th of March, 2020 course.

Those enrolled in the 26 and 27 March course can change into any future face-to-face course.

They can also transfer into the online courses that are running during the pandemic free of charge.

The online courses are less expensive than the f2f courses. However, a refund cannot be issued for the difference in price. I do not issue any refunds without 30 days notice in advance before the original course you enrol in.  You can choose to wait for a f2f course once the pandemic restrictions have eased or transfer into the online course.
